Short Review: This manga is all about Makoto, a character who was ostracized by society because of his fucked up hobbies and morbid sexual kinks, summoned a demon and wished for his deepest twisted desire to be granted in exchange for his life. ⇢ Trigger Warnings: Cannibalism, Blood, Explicit Sex, Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Demons ⇢ Genre: Horror, Psychological, Supernatural, BL Where is this going? I don't exactly like it, but I'm intrigued. I have to pick up the second one because honestly what the fuck. I rated it 3 stars cause honestly I just couldn't look away, so my 2 stars (it's okay) didn't cut it and I didn't straight up dislike it so it can't be a one star right? IDK. This dude summons a demon so he can eat him and he does!! Like he literally eats him and then fucks his exposed guts, then the demon tears his throat open so he can fuck his throat? I- WTF did I just read. I just I don't know what the fuck I just read. The comment from the editor saying the Fjord's dick was the longest they'd ever had to censor really fucking got me. I have literal tears in my eyes because I can't stop laughing. I can't wait to see Mako gain his all powerful demon status and see who he becomes. I love how elegant the art is in some panels and how cute it is in others. It's so messed up but the story is so interesting and well written. This series is a good mix of darkness and humor. So I've boosted my rating to 5 stars, because this is honestly a favorite for me now. I reread a couple of scenes multiple times now, but this is my first full read through since the first time I read it. The more I've sat with this book, the more I've realized how much I love it.
Had to give this a reread because I want to get into the second book and it's been a while.
